1) Functional Movement Assessment (filmed for an extra cost) and Body Composition
2) Muscle Elongation (Learn Dynamic Flexibility and Myofascial Release Techniques)
3) Movement Pattern development based on assessment, present quality of movement and body composition. This will be individually assessed.
4) Components of strength training within the parameters of the individuals movement capabilities.
5) Components of power development (intro to plyometrics and Olympic lifting) based on individual movement capabilities.
6) Learn the importance of regeneration and goal setting.
7) Individual Nutritional plan based upon activity level, lean fat to muscle ratio and training /practice schedule.
8) Energy System Development (ESD) based upon specific need. This may incorporate some basics of running (gait) pattern development and speed (linear and multi directional).
